The Following Are Instructions For Accessing The Ether Plane:

1. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

2. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

3. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths.

4. Visualize a bright light at the center of your forehead.

5. Focus your attention on the light and relax your entire body.

6. When you are ready, mentally repeat the following phrase:

“I now travel to the ether plane.”

7. Visualize yourself floating up and out of your body.

8. As you travel, you will see a tunnel of light.

9. Follow the tunnel until you reach the ether plane.

10. Once you arrive, explore your new surroundings.

In order to access the etheric realm, one must first be able to astral travel. Once you have the ability to astral travel, you can then focus your attention on the etheric realm. It is said that the etheric realm is located just beyond the physical world and that it is made up of a higher vibration of energy. In order to access this realm, you will need to raise your vibration. You can do this by meditating and focusing on the higher vibration of energy.

When you are ready, mentally repeat the following phrase:

“I now travel to the ether plane.”

As you say this phrase, visualize yourself floating up and out of your body. You will then see a tunnel of light. Follow the tunnel until you reach the etheric realm. Once you arrive, explore your new surroundings.

The etheric realm is said to be a place of great beauty and peace. It is also said to be a place where you can connect with your higher self. You may also find that you are able to communicate with other beings who reside in this realm.
