The following are instructions for Astral Projection:
1. Find a place where you will be undisturbed for at least an hour. This could be your bedroom, a quiet room in your home, or even outdoors in nature.

2. Make sure that the temperature in the room is comfortable and that there is no bright light shining in. You may want to dim the lights or light candles instead.

3. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and begin to relax your whole body, starting with your toes and moving up to your head.

4. Once your whole body is relaxed, begin to focus on your breath. Breathe deeply and evenly, in and out through your nose.

5. After a few minutes of focusing on your breath, begin to visualize a bright light shining down on you from above. This light is filled with healing energy and love.

6.Allow the light to wash over your entire body, healing and relaxing you even more.

7. Now, visualize your astral body separating from your physical body. See yourself floating up out of your body and moving towards the ceiling.

8. Once you reach the ceiling, visualize yourself moving through it and into the astral realm.

9. Explore the astral realm, noticing the different energies and beings that you encounter. You can go anywhere you desire in this realm.

10. When you are ready, return to your physical body. Thank the universe for the experience and open your eyes.


It is important to note that it may take some practice to be successful in astral projection. Be patient with yourself and keep visualization. With time and practice, you will be able to astral project with ease!
